1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing the AthletX Media Group network, syncing database systems, or acquiring digital event entries, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use our software or timing applications.

2. User Accounts and Member Accreditation

Access to timing desks, result imports, and meet director consoles requires an active account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Accreditation passes issued inside the hamburger menu represent member clearance levels and must not be falsified, cloned, or transferred. Unregistered guests are subject to restricted zone access.

3. Timing Licences and Software Use

Our organisation grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run AthletX Relay sync software for official meet timing. You must not:

• Reverse engineer timing bridge applications or live data protocols.
• Exploit official API lines to build third-party competing results index databases.
• Inject simulated clock pulses to manipulate athlete leaderboards.

4. Accuracy of Timing Data and Disclaimers

AthletX uses high-grade hardware integrations to ensure clock pulses and photofinish timelines are broadcasted accurately. However, trackside network limitations, power supply failures, or third-party database sync problems may delay or corrupt results. All timing results are provided "as is" and we disclaim absolute liability for errors in public race recordings.

5. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes relating to software licences, billing transactions, or results indexing will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
