AthletX Media Group is committed to protecting the privacy of our athletes, meet directors, and timing officials. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, process, and protect your information. Our practices conform to Australian English localization standards, ensuring that trackside timing systems, local databases, and licensing verification processes are fully transparent.

All timing databases and results files are synchronised using premium encrypted secure-sockets protocols. Local caching of result records on trackside sync bridges is secured with standard enterprise encryption. Access controls restrict raw database files to accredited officials and registered coordinators.
By registering for an AthletX event, your name, age category, gender class, affiliated club, and timing results will be displayed publicly on live leaderboards, results archives, and commentator screens. This is essential to sports timing operations and transparency. You can customise result-visibility settings inside the Member Portal.
You have the right to request access to the personal records our organisation stores, request corrections to incorrect event registrations, or delete profiles that are no longer in active use. Please note that official competition results are historical records and may remain indexed as part of historical results datasets.
